Verity Property Maintenance offers our Home Concierge Service to homeowners who can not be here every week to check on their property.

Silver Package - $200.00/mo with a one year contract
Weekly visual and operational check of your property’s interior and exterior. A record is kept of the property’s condition each visit. If there are issues requiring your immediate attention, we will contact you via phone and/or email. Smoke detectors are checked monthly and the batteries are replaced twice a year. The HVAC filters are replaced quarterly.

Gold Package - $350.00/mo with a one year contract
Everything in the Silver Package plus we will provide Lawn Services and Winterization as described below.
Gold Package

Platinum Package - $450.00/mo with a one year contract
Everything in the Gold Package plus we provide Rental and Concierge Services as described below. Also included is Hurricane/Storm Services.

Individual Home Concierge Services
Weekly House Check - $65.00 per visit

Every week we check your home inside and outside. Inside the house, we will check the appliances, water heater, HVAC system and all windows and doors to ensure a secure house while you are away. We make sure there is water in the commodes to prevent sewer gas from entering your home. We will catalog your belongings so if anything is ever missing or out of place, we will notify you and the local law enforcement immediately. We maintain your property keys in a locked area with a log of when the property was visited and the condition observed of all components.

Lawn Services - $65.00 per visit

We provide full landscaping services for your property both off and on growing seasons. • Trimming shrubs and grooming bed ground cover • Mow and blow • Pick up garbage around the outside of property • Treat for fire ants and weeds We will add plantings at an additional charge plus the cost of materials.

Winterization Services - $35.00 per visit

When you are ready to vacate your property for the winter we make sure the outside showers and faucets and main water valve are shut off. Inside drain traps are treated with environmentally safe antifreeze. And the water heater values are shut off and the powered down and the outside line is opened up to drain out the water. If you have a gas fireplace, we will turn off the pilot light. The house temperature is set to 55? F. In Spring, we reverse the process. If you have an irrigation system we override and shut it down.

Hurricane/Storm Services - $70.00 per visit

We store your patio/deck and/or pool furniture on your premise per your instruction. We store garbage cans and other outside items. We perform board up service. After the event, we inspect for storm damage and contact you immediately via email or phone to apprise you of any issues. We take down shutters and reset your patio/deck and/or pool furniture.

Rental Inspection Check - $50.00 per visit + $40.00 set-up fee

After each rental period, whether it is a day, a week, several weeks or a month, we will check your property to make sure no damage has occurred during the rental and that none of the household items are missing. We catalog your furniture, appliances, electronics and decorations with digital photographs so we know what belongs where and how your house should look each week.

Pool Services - $175.00 / mo

Verity will check your residential pool 3 times a week during the season. Each cleaning will include an inspection of your pump and a back flush as required. We also check the chlorine and ph levels of your pool water and balance the chemicals if required. We winterize your pool for the off season at your request and reinstate the pool for your enjoyment for the season for the date you specify.

Concierge Services
Notify us one week in advance of your arrival to your home in Brunswick County and we will set the house temperature to your specification in the house and your refrigerator. We will turn the outside light on so you are not arriving in the dark; uncover furniture…anything you’d like done to prepare for your arrival. We will even tidy up (dust and touch-up vacuum) your house and shop for your groceries for the cost of your items purchased.

Our in-home service employees are all mature adults. Verity is fully insured and bonded. We accept all major credit cards. The keys to your property are kept in a locked area and are noted when checked out.
