We are proud to offer the Verity Guarantee: If at any time you are not satisfied because we failed to deliver what we said we would do, we will rebate one month’s fee. To exercise this guarantee, your account must be current and paid in full at the time of refund and/or cancellation. Contracts are automatically renewed unless notified 30 days in advance of contract expiration.
