Typical Service Schedule
Maintaining the pool according to the residential standards of NC

• January - provide list of miscellaneous needs

• February - Stock major chemicals

• March - Clean sand filters

• April - Provide free Computer Water Analysis and balance pool chemicals

• January - March: 3 days per week

• April - September: 7 days per week

• October - December: 3 day per week Commercial pools used on a continuous basis throughout the year would receive 7 day/week service throughout the year.

Our employees are all mature adults. Verity is fully insured and bonded. We accept all major credit cards. The keys to your property are kept in a locked area and are noted when checked out. We are proud to offer the Verity Guarantee: If at any time you are not satisfied because we failed to deliver what we said we would do, we will rebate one month’s fee. To exercise this guarantee, your account must be current and paid in full at the time of refund and/or cancellation. Contracts are automatically renewed unless notified 30 days in advance of contract expiration.
