Verity Property Maintenance was established as an entity of Verity Management Solutions LLC to fill a perceived need in the Brunswick Island areas for reliable, quality maintenance services provided by skilled workers. Since August of 2006, we have experienced growth because we do what we say we will do and strive to please our customers. Following is an overview of our management team:
Jeff Achterberg, Partner/Principal Inspector, has been inspecting buildings for the past 6 years. In that time he has inspected over 10,000 buildings. Jeff Achterberg is licensed by the State of North Carolina and South Carolina as a Real Estate Inspector (NC License # 2171. SC License # 2074). He was the Head Inspector for HUD in Brown County for 4 years, and is a licensed Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor in the state of Wisconsin. He also spent 10 years as a property manager responsible for maintaining multi-unit apartment complexes. Jeff has over 30 years of experience with all facets of home construction. Jeff is the only registered FHA Home Inspector in the Coastal Carolina region. Let his knowledge be your peace of mind. His experience is your gain.
Maribeth Achterberg is President of the Holding Company, Verity Management Solutions LLC. Maribeth lends over 20 years of business management experience to every client.

Verity Property Maintenance is a subsidiary that has been in existence since April 2006. VPM is currently a member of the Turf Grass Council and works with Brunswick Community College applies plant science resource center. Verity Property Maintenance is a full service maintenance company. In this time, we have secured a steadily growing client base that has experienced quality service and timely responses to their maintenance requests. Both entities are fully insured with General Liability limits to one million dollars and workman’s compensation policy for the State of North Carolina.
