HERS RATING SERVICES for Energy Star Complaince. The following outlines the main process  steps our Raters follows:

• Pre-construction: Building plan and blueprint review with modeling services to determine potential Energy Star rating.
• During Construction: Pre-drywall inspection to ensure energy conservation measures are installed properly in the building envelope and pockets.
• Post construction: Full rating inspection and software modeling that produces a HERS Index Score. This score determines if the building is Energy Star compliant.
• Customer assistance with completing forms for qualifying tax incentive and rebates.

Home Performance Energy Audit

•  Thermal imaging of building envelope and components to assess air-sealing opportunities
•  HVAC and Lighting systems evaluations
• Analysis of grant or rebate qualification
